We were just in Europe for 10 days and the Verizon fees of $12/day really added up for my phone and my son's phone. I'd call and find out if there's a better way.

Unlimited free texting and data. For phone calls, it's a very minimal charge but we just used WhatsApp if we had to call anyone.
