I don't recall passing a moral judgment on whether OP should avoid patronizing safaris. However, the original request was for suggestions on diverse clientele. Safaris are not it.

I've stayed in plenty of resorts in SE Asia and the Middle East and they are quite diverse. Many guests were wealthy Middle Easterners, Asians, Central Asians, South Asians, and, yes Europeans/Australians/Americans. The irony was that when I stayed in guest houses/hostels/backpacker type places, the clientele was far less diverse....

It doesn't matter whether I "see color" or not. When I go on vacation I'm there for my own experience. The people in the other rooms/other tables at the restaurant are irrelevant to me.
