Meh. It's easy for advocacy groups to turn out a devoted following to town halls to claim a message. Trump is doing exactly what he campaigned to do so why should people who voted for him later get upset? My guess is that the vast majority are people who never voted for him and would never vote for him.

As for the polls, are these the same polls who had Kamala Harris leading Trump?

When will Americans stop sitting politely and watching all of this unfold? We just sit and allow unidentified men accountable to no one drag off a citizen for speaking their disagreement at a town hall? Why didn't anyone else help her?


I’m an older woman and I am furious at what I saw in the video! First, why didn’t anyone stand up and help the woman who was being dragged out?!!! She wasn’t the only one yelling out things and she didn’t say anything terrible. Who were the guys that dragged her out and why did they come prepared with zip ties?! This is assault. If they were LEO on duty, they should have worn uniforms or shown their badges. MAgA are straight up thugs.

Really MAGA troll? Have you ever been to a town hall or public meeting? It is not unusual to have booing or heckling. MAGA do it as well (MTG does it all the time). And the targeted woman wasn’t the only one doing it. There were others. I hope she files assault charges.

Democrats will win with the message “Back to the Middle”! They’re not going to win the fight against right extremism by being left extremism. Frankly(as shon in the last election) right extremism is slightly more palatable to independants/middlers than left extremism. To win them back and gain ground with more liberal republicans, Democrats need to move Back to the Middle. Be the party of common sense responsible government.

My guess is that half of that room enjoyed watching her “get what she deserved.” The other half may have been afraid to get shot.

I know that I wouldn’t be able to fight off those three assaulters by myself. I am 5’3 and weigh 111 wet. My inclination would have been to surprise the awful man on stage, grab his mic to distract the nazis making the “citizens arrest,” and to draw attention away from the poor woman getting dragged around by weak bullies who can’t handle simple questions.

Video recordings from the event show Norris approached Borrenpohl as she heckled the legislators and told her to leave. Norris then took Borrenpohl’s arm with both hands and attempted several times to pull her out of her seat."
