Wrong, top NVA girls are going to 1 of the 3 ECNL teams left. The neXt tier will be the GA team which will pull best players from current RL teams as well, leaving LS with the third tier GA team of the leftovers. In this case GA would be third tier. Thanks NVA!

Looking at Loudouns RL teams in Soccer Rankings, if they can compete in GA right away - that is a real inditement of the quality of GA.

No it is an indicator of the size of the club. Nothing more.
