Just curious, what do you consider the worst MCPS schools? One day I looked up my old high school, and I was shocked at how bad the scores were. Same with the feeder elementary and middle schools. These were never the tippy top best schools, but they were considered perfectly fine middle class schools when I attended. Now they appear to be failing.

I don’t believe this. I teach in MCPS and the best DCPS schools are definitely way better than the worst MCPS schools. 30-40 years ago it might have been different
