The version I watched did not include any mocking commentary. I checked the sound but didn’t hear it. Maybe it was edited out?

"Roses are red, violets are blue, come here illegally and we'll deport you!" Or any other nation doing something like that. It makes us look like we're being run by 12 year olds, which we basically are.

It goes further than that. ASMR suggests that you get "that pleasurable tingly feeling" in your head by listening to sounds, usually things like ocean waves, vacuum cleaners, white noise, etc. That they associate ASMR with the sounds of chains around human beings being deported is sick. PP had it right to an extent. It doesn't "feel" like propaganda, it IS propaganda, and it's absolutely disgusting. It shouldn't matter one iota what your stance on immigration is. This is deplorable and there is no excusing it.

If the context justified the mocking tone, the White House would have added it to the information. The fact that they didn’t think the context was necessary to justify the horrific dunking on people shows their utter lack of respect for human life
