Achilles FC U16 & U19 placed in Top 25 at most recent MLSFest. How did your club place? Still waiting.

Odd flex.

Odd flex? Pay attention. Look a few posts back where our resident clown says every team that plays Achilles FC gets +3.

Can’t do U13 - U15. MLSNext doesn’t keep standings until U16.

We know what really gets you triggered: the 2011 squad. Something happened 2 -3 years ago and you cannot let go. Sad.

I've got nothing against Achilles but their u16s are 2-7-4 and U19s 0-10-3. It was wild that you were bragging "B-B-BUT THEY'RE TOP25"... in a showcase.

It's wild that you leave out the league games and/or don't know how to read the standings. Tells me you have no connection with MLS Next.

u16s 4-8-4 and U19s 2-10-4. You're right, MUCH better now.

So . . . . 8 and 6 teams, respectively, didn't get an automatic 3 points in a game against Achilles, which was the statement. That's a pretty horrible misstatement of facts.

The beginning point of this thread, and what it should have remained, was to celebrate the accomplishments of an extremely hard working and great kid. Congrats, Mati. And it's disheartening, but not unexpected, that a couple people who have animus toward Sal would immediately jump on here to criticize Achilles. As much as it may hurt you to admit, they did a great job with Mati and have a quantifiably good record of developing players (as noted above). The success of their players is not an accident. But they don't win . . . . But they yell . . . . But, whatever . . . Doesn't change the facts. And your bad experience doesn't change the fact that high level kids, and their parents, choose to train and play with them. So, also congrats to Achilles.

Propaganda
Except the part that this kid did exceptionally well, despite the toxic club environment

Keep at it, warrior. If your son worked as hard at soccer as you do at this, maybe he would be invited to the national camp.

Here are the teams that did NOT get three points against Achilles U16 this year (so far. only half way done). Bethesda, Diablo Valley Wolves, St. Louis Scott Gallagher, Baltimore Armour 2X, Sporting Athletic 2X, Cedar Stars Monmouth, Real FA (Jersey), and PDA.
