Not every country in Africa…. Black South Africans are not fans of Americans. 1994 wasn’t that long ago, and they very much remember America’s support for apartheid. White Afrikaaners are big fans, especially of Trump.
Black South Africans will be cordial to is, but generally not warm or friendly.

Central America and Mexico handsdown are the friendliest people in the world. The Middle East is not friendly in the same way, but, there is a very strong tradition of welcoming guests and treating them well.

Just came back from 9 days in Mexico (CDMX and Xalapa). Despite the recent tariff issues, everyone I met was uniformly welcoming and helpful.
