Do you have a good recipe for red curry salmon and shrimp? My DS used to order that all the time at our local Thai restaurant which closed years ago. I tried once to replicate it, and the curry was way too sweet.

My tween lives rice. I finally got wise and bought the cheaper rice that takes longer to cook. I made several servings and separated into portions and put in freezer. Now I have minute rice without minute prices. Genius I know lol
Tonight we had black bean and cheese quesadillas with rice and with tomatoes and Avocado.
Tomorrow baked salmon with rice and broccoli.
Get a rice cooker, it is a gamechanger. We eat enough rice that it's worth it to have one.
