+1. We have more at stake. However, I do know men who are stepping up. These are men who are good husbands and fathers and have daughters.

In my own life, it is always the women who stand up, even in matters of violence, while the men do nothing.

Oh please. Women like Ruth Bader Ginsburg didn't have the courage to step down when appropriate. They got us into this debacle.

Ghandi, Nelson Mandela, MLK, Thich Quang Duc....

You are really dumb.

You say “women” and then only mention one. And while I think that RBG should have stepped aside, it wasn’t a matter of a lack of courage. Maybe pride, or ego. Words mean things! Speaking of dumb…

Besides, if you want to talk about not stepping aside, there are a dozen old men for every RBG, Biden being the most significant of all in terms of getting us in to this debacle.

OP is correct that women are speaking out more than men.

Nancy Pelosi, Feinstein, the list goes on of old stubborn bats who won't step aside that has allowed the Democratic party to get decimated, opening the door to a complete totalitarian take over.

And I guess Biden not stepping aside is irrelevant?
Still has nothing to do with courage, btw.

Ahh the MAGA way if anything is said MAGA doesn't like they will shout Biden

So true.

(And rather ironic, given this regime’s toxic masculinity)

Seriously what happened to all the MAGA "alphas"??

People with no power (not beholden to the power structure) usually are the most outspoken. We speak truth to power, because we are already locked out of the country club. Our kids don’t caddy there.

So yeah, We have nothing to lose. I agree with that statement.

Stop this crap. Show me objective evidence. This is part of why Trump won.

I am man who is all over this illegal admin. What about Chris VanHollen, Jamie Raskin? They were some of the first two leaders to start pushing back. Why try to start some BS circular firing squad? We need to come together at this moment and not argue based on BS.

Absolutely. Starting with Sally Yates.

Since PP brought up RBG, this liberal icon said this about Colin Kaepernick:

"It's contempt for a government that has made it possible for their parents and their grandparents to live a decent life," Ginsburg said, according to Couric's recording from the 2016 sitdown. "Which they probably could not have lived, in the places they came from … As they become older they realize that this was a youthful folly. And that's why education is important."

We have more to lose, and a disturbing number of these "men" would be happy to see us lose it, so this tracks.

We also have strong intuition. We sense something’s amiss and don’t ignore it.

You are confused about OP’s post.

OP was the flip side of the same ignorant coin. Gender based bigotry is always ignorant.

It is gender pride.

See Danielle Sassoon. 38 years old, and stood up in a way none of those “powerful” Republican senators have done.

Brava,

Because the Republicans support Trump, moron.

That does not mean they have to be a rubber stamp moron.

In fact, our founding fathers wanted them to serve as a check on the president’s power.

(But you would have to know more than what is said on Fox News to grasp that, I guess.)

Notice that most of the people speaking out against gun violence, violence by illegals, sex trafficking, rape as a weapon of war are women.

Not to mention, what gender are the perpetrators of these crimes? 🤔

Brava,

"Then, when Justice Department officials sought to transfer the case to the public integrity section in Washington, which oversees corruption cases, the two men who led that unit also resigned, according to five people with knowledge of the matter."

2:1, men standing up more than women.

Will you go away now?

No, not until you understand math.

Women are standing up DISPROPORTIONATELY
