If you want to fly under Trump's FAA, especially from DCA, you go for it. I would not.


Ok but the fact of the matter is, in terms of actual risk assessment, the actually riskier thing to do is a farther drive to IAD.

The Notam system was down for the first half the day but is working again. There is a backup system.
