You can easily get Tirz online for 200-300/month and stretch it out and from good pharmacies too

For the medspa, I paid $675 per month for compounded mounjaro (aka tirzepatide). I saw another poster say she paid $880. My medspa charges only $299/mo for compounded semaglutide. Tirzepatide is said to be slightly more effective for weight loss and have fewer side effects than semaglutide, but I have read that both are excellent.
I only did one month at the Medspa because of cost. I now got an 8 week supply of compounded tirz through Fifty410, an online pharmacy, for $449 total. I'm considering splitting those doses because my rate of weight loss has been fast and I think I could lose a bit more slowly by cutting my dose, and thereby stretching my 8 week supply out even longer.
I'm glad I started with the Medspa because they gave me the injections and told me a little about what to expect. But for the cost savings, I'm willing to go on my own from here.

You're drawing up the dose from one vial, in many cases. For example, I ordered a two month supply from Fifty 410 (online pharmacy) and received 30 mg in one vial. But I'm on the 2.5 dose and it's working so well for me, I'm not going to increase my dose. So my two month supply will last me three months, since I'll be drawing 2.5 per week instead of 2.5/week for the first month and 5/week for the second month.
Some of the brand name meds come in injectable pens, and I don't think you can stretch those. It's a one and done. But the compounded versions with preservatives can be stretched.
I do not recommend doing this at all, specially for a drug that should be sterile.
What do you mean? That’s the way it’s dispensed. She’s using a slightly lower dose than is in the bottle so it lasts longer. But that has nothing to do with sterility.
Exhibir A why you should not take advice from an anonymous person or a “nurse” at a med spa. Talk to your doctor.

I got frustrated and went to a med spa and did monjaro compounded. I did it for 2 months and went from 146 (5’4) to 126. I have kept the weight off no issue and eat whatever I want now. I think being on it for 2 months reset my portion sizes too. It’s been a year I was creeping back up to 130 and go a one month supply and have been doing one week every 3 months. That way there are no physical symptoms. I’m on the absolute lowest dose too.
Wow! This is my situation, too. Tried to lose 15 lbs for years and just could not do it. Also went to a medspa for compounded Mounjaro/Zepbound and it has been what I needed. Down 10 lbs in one month. I'm so excited, and I'm also really encouraged by your story of maintaining your weight loss, by and large, after going off the meds. I feel it's resetting my eating habits, too. Whoever invented this drug is a damn genius.
Side effects and future effects be damned.
I've had almost no side effect - very mild nausea the first few days and nothing since. On the lowest dose. The drug is a miracle. And the impact it's having on people's health is incredible. Even for someone like me, starting at a normal BMI with no health issues - my diet is so much improved. No more processed foods (just don't want them - never would have believed it before experiencing it), lots more fruits and veggies, lean proteins. Sleeping better than ever, too. I used to need Unisom a few days a week to get to sleep.
It's hard to take seriously anyone who thinks losing 10 pounds in 1 month is healthy.
+1 some that had a healthy weight to begin with.
we don't care.
