Probably because it’s disheartening to see your community fall for lies and disinformation, which will affect you when viruses spread. When people and companies leave. There will be a lot of unintended consequences. Doctors are already not being replaced in Florida, this should be worrying.

Because my heart breaks for the innocent children who will suffer as a result of this ignorance. They have no voice. And for all the people who struggled and fought to get these vaccines made, tested, and rolled out. They had such hope in the good of humanity.

Because not everyone can get vaccinated and it’s not as effective on everyone based on immune system things. Babies don’t get all vaccines at once. People with immune conditions exist. Not all vaccines are disease preventable, some only reduce the severity and the more you get the disease the worse (Covid for example).

So true, I guarantee they will claim it came from immigrants - that’s what they did with measles when in fact it was the other way around. Texas mission workers spread measles into Central America.

It’s so hard to understand how people like this cannot grasp basic science. Our schools have failed them, dismally. 2029 or sooner, there MUST be legislation to get a minimum score in science education before graduation from high school.
