Sugar free chocolate pudding and a decent squirt of regular cool whip or canned whipped cream.
Small bit of ice cream - think the little rolled serving spoon thumb they give you at a fancy restaurant portion size.
Each of these is about 100 calories.

Eat more at dinner and don't keep ice cream around house. Only have it for special occasions like birthday etc. Drink herbal tea at night.
You sound judgy. Can you believe that some people may have a stronger sense of hunger than you? At different parts of my life I have felt hunger differently. When hunger is strong it is not abated with will power and herbal tea. If you can’t understand strong hunger because you’re lucky enough to not feel it, please don’t look down upon those of us who aren’t as lucky.
Not the PP; but I don't think they were being judgy. I think they were just prompting OP to ask why they're snacking - a perfectly reasonable question to explore. Know the cause of the problem to find solutions to the problem. I find that I snack more at night the later I stay up. Sometimes I'm hungry but not always. If I regularly go to bed earlier - like 11 instead of 12 - I don't have that late night snack so much.
Part of the reason for my after-dinner snacking is just habit, sometimes a craving, many times because I'm staying up longer and get hungry instead of going to sleep and sleeping right through the hunger.

Focusing on high protein and macros and exercising (walking/weights) more but after dinner I crave something sweet and ice cream (which is in the house because of the kids) feels irresistible. Do I need to just take a mind over matter approach to this or is something is there something I can do to reduce these cravings? Help! I need to lose about 10lbs and build muscle.
