Of course huge schools are going to headline if we're talking sheer numbers but what schools may have a smaller student body but a relatively large number of applicants.
Well, you can see lists by acceptance rate which tells you exactly what you want to see.
Just go to USNews and sort it by acceptance rate...lowest to highest.
Not sure what you are specifically asking.
