If your daughter has light skin, consider an IPL device. It's expensive but so worth it. I used to tweeze every couple days and now I barely have to.

Noooooooooooo. I used to do this all through middle and high school. The chemical smell, the chemical sting. Ugh. The white hair upper lip. Just wax. Sally Hanson wax strips. So easy and if she doesn’t want the visible hair she will gladly endure the small amount of short lived pain to get rid of it.

Look into electrolysis. I did it on my lip as a teen. Great results.

Mine either! She uses the Flawless finishing touch wand. It work well, well enough anyhow. I’ve told her she can has laser hair removal whenever she wants, but so far isn’t interested and prefers this.

Not all kids are willing to get waxed. My DD uses this and it is a perfectly fine and painless option.

It's painless and works well. Try it on arm or leg hair first if she is nervous. I wish it existed when I was a kid.

It did exist when you were a kid. Compare your child's wand to your husband's electric razor.

Finishing Touch is basically a tiny electric shaver/razor, but it won't cut you like a manual razor and is much easier to handle than a full size electric shaver. I've used many different methods over the years and like this the best. It won't leave you as smooth as a manual razor but you can't see what's left and you won't get ingrown hairs.

My skin is really sensitive to waxing - it gets all red and blotchy and that takes forever to go away. I liked cream removers well enough except that whenever I use anything that removes the hair completely, I find face powder/makeup doesn't look right in that area - it sits differently without the tiny hairs in place. Plucking/tweezing/laser is too painful for me (but I'm a wimp).
