I will be billed probably $450. I tipped them but they are paid well by company. Will come back tomorrow to touch up after end of snow. Probably $250.
This is one of those times it's good to be UMC HHI.

I can afford it, they will use rock salt and do a good job, clean off my car and it's freaking cold out. They also have to drive here. It's hard labor. If a lawyer can charge $250 fir a thought in a shower I am more than willing to pay a hardworking man a fair wage

You should give them at least 30% tip too. Then referring them to everyone in your neighborhood.
Tipping is out of control don't do that

We make seven figures and I think you’re nuts.
We are in our 70s and both have bad backs. I shoveled for 35 years here. Last time I was in pain for a week even though I use good form with shoveling.
Landscaper is ripoff but they show up. Car, walkways, stairs, everything safe for us to use. I figure it's cheaper than medical bills from falling or shoveling,
There are no neighborhood kids out shoveling or looking for work.
Happy to be nuts.

Yep. My lazy millennial neighbors, admittedly with young kids but undeniably lazy AF, drive up the cost of services. Which they can all afford because mummy and popsie paid for their undergrad, grad school and down payment. Oh and a Lexus in one case.
I'd have money for 3x/day doorDash too if I had their Boomer parents as benefactors!

$700 for snow removal at your house? We are paying less than that to have our landscapers do the snow at the apartments we own.
