They said they get the results later in Dec (he took it Dec 7) but they won't send out the results until after decisions are made in February. I was surprised to see that they apparently own the results even though we paid for the test.

I wonder if you can see them sooner, we got an email from St. John’s today saying they would update the HSPT score section in the admissions portal as the results are received. Although they likely just meant they’d check the box that they got the scores.
I don’t understand the secrecy around the score or why it would not come directly to us when available since we paid for our children to sit for the exam. The schools should not have control over when we get the score.
Probably has to do with parents contacting whoever they can to do whatever they can to help their child once unfavorable scores are received. Holding them until after schools make decisions could eliminate a lot of this.

Well we know one kid not getting in. If you’re going to try to correct grammar and least be correct.
Well, we know one kid not getting in. If you’re going to try to correct grammar, at least be correct.
Isn’t it fortunate that the person you are quoting wasn’t correcting anyone’s comma usage?
“Dye” is still wrong.
Yes, it is wrong.
They were using incorrect punctuation, not to correct grammar, but to correct a misspelling or incorrect word choice.
And they were doing it while insulting another PP and that PP’s child. A double offense.
And you thought it best to then insult them and their child? Do you teach your child not to yell by screaming at them, as well?
