Just hopping onto the thread here. Although I eat cookies without...too much remorse....I don't see how creating a culture in your home to healthy and avoid sugary snacks like cookies leads to eating disorders. So If I go out and drink too much, I'm not supposed to have some remorse?
Correct you are not to have remorse. You are too dim to see how this is creating eating disorders in your children.
Aww sweetie you’re hangry. Got eat a snickers.

Anonymous wrote:At least you are acknowledging that cookies are crap and terrible for your diet and should be avoided like all excess sugar...unlike some of the people on this thread. I'm not saying the world ends if you eat a cookie or two, but, if you eat them without some remorse you are either....(1) selfish...caring about self gratification instead of trying to be your best self for your family or loved ones...I think that's about it.

I come here with 🍿 (with full butter and salt) to watch the lunacy.
What is lunacy is that you are on here gloating about eating pure fat and sodium, and are proud of it. Good luck with your cholesterol and blood pressure. I am also guessing that you are on the weight loss drugs threads, complaining about your doctor refusing to prescribe them to you.
Dp, we are all laughing at you, and mocking you, keep being crazy.

NP. I don’t skip meals. I will, however, eat all vegetables for dinner if I feel like I’ve overindulged at all during the day. It works out well enough. My favorite makeup meal is a plateful of steamed broccoli with lemon and Parmesan. So good.

If most people could eat tons of junk and still be healthy and thin, especially at that age, no one would be making a big deal of it.

Absolutely. If you est ANY sugar or processed crap you’re a failure and hate you family. How could you do such a thing? /s
That's not what was said. Don't be so obtuse. If you eat like crap...without guilt...then I sort of agree that you are being selfish. I mean if you have no guilt, then that means you don't care, right? Sort of makes sense. You took it to the extreme though which is not was written above.
