It has happened more than once.


It happens at Walls too.


I imagine it’s specific teachers. If it’s an issue email the teacher. Or tell your student to pretend the due date is the day before.


It's not weird to have something due Friday at 11:59 -- that's common even at our middle school. Basically, it's due on Friday, so they just put the time as the end of the day.

What PP above was talking about was assignments given *on* Friday due at midnight the *same* day. I would find that annoying, too.
