LOl! Big boss just talk about silly stuff about his kids on the calls. I run a big team there and we were told to keep a certain number of employees to continue getting the budget. I have 2 females in my group that barely do any work and just discuss their mental issues. They are on Capone welfare. It is no different than a Govt office with less scrutiny and legal repercussions.
