Don't know where you're traveling. Obviously for the most part it doesn't need to be addressed. gauge the situation and if feel that it may be advantageous to share that you did not support Donald Trump go ahead and do so. it can be helpful

I lived in Europe for 10 years and have hundreds of friends and colleagues all over Europe and yes, Trump has made the US an international laughing stock.

That said, there's no particular danger - they certainly going to chase you down in the streets and beat you for being American but they will definitely wonder about your intelligence level and sanity as an American.
