If I'm picking something up for me and my wife, I generally use the app. If I'm popping in with the kids after school or a weekend activity, I'm usually waiting in line because they like to window shop before ordering.

I make coffee. It doesn't taste burnt and it's much cheaper. Sometimes I put it in a to go cup when I'm headed somewhere else. It's OMG just like stopping at Starbucks on my way to the same place!!

I don't go to Starbucks enough to justify using the app, and I always get drip coffee which takes all of 30 seconds to get when I do go there. Why on earth would I download the app for that? How stupid.

I hate how I'm forced to do everything with an app. Paying parking meters, signing documents, paying my psychiatrist's bills, checking my gas and electric bill. Why can't I just be normal.

Apps in general are a pain in the butt. Navigating menus that are sometimes poorly organized, trying to customize orders, storing my credit card info, setting up passwords… fine if it’s someplace I visit frequently, but if it’s an occasional drop in place I’d rather just go to the counter.

I’m so tired of having to use apps for every.single.thing.

Because I bring my own cup to avoid using more paper/plastic, get a small discount, and earn rewards points. Plus the employees at my local Starbucks are incredibly nice and have done a great job making the place feel like a gathering place for the neighborhood.

Isn't it cold by the time you get it? I hate lukewarm coffee. I'd rather wait for a hot drink.

If I am inside a starbucks it means I am on the road and have no other options. Like when I’m driving down 81 and have to exit in whatever city JMU is in

I rarely go to Starbucks but every once in a while I’ll get a caramel frappuccino. I prefer decaf and you can’t order decaf on the app so I go in person.

I feel like coffee is supposed to be an expereince, not a transaction/output. If i wanted the latter, I d make it at home
