Yesterday I had something different : avocado toast with shredded egg on top. It was good (the actual recipe called for a little bacon on top).

Another variation on avocado toast, that I did not try yet, features mango with a touch of honey.

A glazed donut, raspberries, a chunk of good cheddar cheese, a slice of stale sourdough lightly toasted, a Beach Plum fizzy water, and some homemade lima bean soup.

Left over pasta. Turkey burger.

Pink salmon mixed with Greek yogurt and small amount of avocado, topped with hot sauce and jalapeños, and spices. Raw cucumber, tomato, and onion salad with s&p, fresh lemon juice. I’m on a cut and this was quite tasty.

DH and I went out for lunch today. We split some sushi, and I had the spicy Korean beef soup (yukgaejang) with white rice. I will have the leftover soup and rice for lunch tomorrow, probably with a few extra pork/kimchi dumplings from my freezer.
