IMO most people who made it big in acting a generation ago have unique and memorable faces. Using Jennifer Gray (who really isn't beautiful) as an example, once she got her nose fixed her career tanked because she wasn't recognizable anymore. It does seem like today's celebrities are trending toward looking like carbon copies due to all the cosmetic procedures, and it's unfortunate because they're losing their uniqueness. And it's happening younger. People in their twenties are getting fillers and they look uncanny and unnatural.
