I'll say it depends on genetics. Some people are just naturally on the thinner side.

My teen son is pushing 6’ and weighs 118lbs. He eats very well and is active, just doesn’t put on weight. His pediatrician is not concerned because DH was the same and only became normal weight at around 40. Said unhealthy to fixate on it, just make sure he’s getting enough protein, healthy fats, and nutrients. It’s genetics not an eating disorder. Doesn’t seem to hurt his social life.
Anyway, to OP’s question. I’m tall and like many women prefer my mate to be taller. An inch shorter, okay, but no to 4 inches shorter. I’ve seen plenty of good looking skinny guys.
