No one goes to SYC to get developed. That too is well known. 100 percent focused on winning. Kickball all the way with players who can’t ever keep the ball. Totally ok if that plays to your players strength and if they are a starter.
You see SYC kids do so much technical training at club neutral trainings yet they don’t ever use them in games.

Just a forced change on coaching. The team has only lost one game this season. The are ahead of DC United. Not sure why you say they are imploding? That is not true at all, the new coach is very good as well.
