What do you all eat for meals? I’d focus on good protein and fiber and low carb. Let them fill up on meat and non-starchy high fiber vegetables and berries. That should help squash some of the cravings and binges. Have you met with a dietitian with your husband and son?

Did the food lobby push all the carts full of garbage to the cash registers at the Costco today?
You can go to Costco and not buy big piles of garbage. We do it all the time.
