Early 40s and my mother is that way, got more rigid.

I'm 51 - and I'd say I've become a little bit more of both! I am more set in my ways - but also more generous and less rigid with my approach toward other people and difficult situations.

I guess I've learned that you get further with honey than vinegar when it comes to disputes.
