The second photo appears to be then leaving a dr office. The sign lists gynecology and family something. I bet she’s pregnant.

I think also people don't get that Lana Del Rey is a stage persona and she's actually a different person named Elizabeth Grant who I sense is a lot more private and down to earth than you might expect. Definitely still an artist who is interested in big ideas and making beautiful things but not Lana which is a stage creation.
