Vance has said he considers the legal migrants in Springfield to be illegal aliens and Trump has promised to deport ALL “illegals.”

Trump has also promised to do all sorts of illegal things and he has promised to only hire staff who will greenlight whatever he wants to do and not put up guardrails. Read The NY Times story about how he tried hard to go after his enemies and ordered investigations that were stymied by staff with a modicum of ethics and how he has promised not to hire anyone who would stand in his way the next time. Plus the SCOTUS has given him immunity to do whatever he wants while president.

I get that the Biden/Harris administration hasn't done enough, but I genuinely believe that Harris wants a ceasefire and for some sort of peace agreement. Also she's not the President so she has to take a backseat to whatever Biden is doing right now. He is part of the old guard with an antiquated thinking about Israel.

Trump on the other hand doesn't give 2 fks about either of them. I think his feelings are more in line with his son in laws':

Dp. You are not understanding the “lesser of two evils” calculus that many of us are making.

One candidate is literally part of the administration handing out weapons, vetoing U.N. resolutions, and enabling a war that is killing our brothers and sisters. They may have good words to say, but their actions say something else.

Another candidate may be saying bad words, but is not actually participating in killing our friends and family. He is a wild card and it is a possibility that it could get worse and it is a possibility it could get better.

It’s a possibility we have to take and I think deep down a lot of people would make a similar choice.
