OP didn’t specify decent restaurants in the wish list.

OP wanted property with pretty views, hiking trails and nature. Access to water too. DCL in the mountains with lots of hiking in the area gives them that. Oh and DCL has a rental market if they so chose.

NP here. The listing says that is the leftover foundation from a previous structure and suggests building a pavilion on it. I agree that is really weird. I also don't understand the dock (doesn't look like a traditional boat or ski lift) and then the listing says you can always pump water there from another part of the property. Does that mean the water isn't deep enough? Hard pass and I like Chester.
