Caffeine is good for your heart health this week.

Gosh please tell me when red wine is back on the healthy list. I cannot wait.
Never. Current research on wine is confirming the studies completed a few years ago that indicated any amount was ultimately bad for you, with significantly increased risks for multiple types of cancer, as well as liver issues, cognitive decline, and cardiovascular disease (stroke, atrial fibrillation, infarction, etc).
However, it's true that coffee news is good - but it doesn't mean you should overdose on caffeine, especially if you have high blood pressure, and drinking copious amounts can affect your sleep, cause stomach issues (it's very acidic) and decrease the strength of your bones and teeth. Also, it sure as heck doesn't mean that the crap drinks with tons of added sugar are in any way good for you. No loaded drinks at Starbucks, you'll increase your risk of diabetes.
