If they can’t win a league or division game, I’m guessing parents have been in the coach’s (or the assistant coach, or the Club’s) ear about who should be on the team, who should start etc.
Yes cuz that's what is MOST IMPORTANT is winning the NCSL Mid-Atlantic Division R game in April.
This is the exact problem. Winning is secondary to everything. I can assume when a team runs the table they've mastered how to win little kid soccer and when they all grow to 16 years old and ball gets kicked around a bit, they're lost.
Like our national teams.
