Shake out the Cobb webs, help new players get playtime and into the groove of the team, and gives a coach a real idea of how their team is looking and more importantly what they need to work on. Does it need to be Labor Day? Not necessarily... You complaining about flat Pre-season play is so annoying to all the other families who actually care, though.

- kids are exhausted already from school
- families are fried from back to school
- players are out of shape
- teams haven’t gelled
- it is so freakin HOT and miserable
Please stop.
