From food, not supplements. Fiber and lots of water or other unsweetened fluids - tea and coffee count.

Fiber will also brighten and clear your skin, boost your energy levels, curb your appetite and help you lose weight if you want to.

Cut sugar, cut processed foods with all the additives and emulsifiers, build a diet around the RDA or more of fiber every day.

Yes, you can eat fiber even if you have IBS. Read or listen to the gut health doctor Will Bulsiewicz (Dr. B), a gastroenterologist who promotes a fiber fueled diet to alleviate gut health issues like IBS.

Steer clear of sugar substitutes if you aren’t already - studies are showing that they cause gut dysbiosis which is a major factor in regulating healthy bowel movements.

Gross. This is not from hormones OP, it's solely your diet. Try eating more fresh veg and fruits, beans and whole grains for starters. Meat is a treat, eaten once a week.

What was gross about their post? How do you know anything about their diet?

You sound very jugemental and nasty. Not sure what is wrong with you but dont think you are in any mental position to be posting.

Why in the world would you be so nasty to OP? OP has said nothing about their diet that should have led you to make all of those assumptions. You have no idea what you're talking about if you think hormones don't add a whole 'nother variable.

Miralax - I take a 1/4 to 1/2 dose depending on how things are going. And lots of water. I can always tell a difference the day after I don't drink much water.
