Many times there is no bumps or burning.
My veins did not come into view for 30 years. Prior to that I just had the red cheeks.

When did he first have it and were his cheeks red always? I'm looking at rosacea pictures and they look nothing like what my son has. His cheeks are just red, without veins, bumps, or burning.

Are you guys Irish? Some Irish are just rosy cheeked.
NP. My teen son has very rosy cheeks too. He is extremely fair skinned and dark haired. We are Irish and his complexion completely matches his red haired father. I think it is just his skin type.

He entire cheek usually has a red hue to it, and I've never felt any bumps on them, nor anywhere else on his body.

There was a kid in my school growing up who was blond and blue eyed, didn't seem particularly shy or anything, but always had red cheeks above the jaw line sort of in the jowl area. It was just a healthy glow and quite attractive. If that's what he has, it's nothing to be ashamed of.
