My slim, tall cousin had this and ended up having a mastectomy to treat his during the summer when he was in college (maybe age 20-22, I can't remember).

Thank you. He's not chubby at all. He has a 6 pack and is in excellent shape. He is pretty early in puberty, I think. He's obsessed with "growing" as he seems to be a late bloomer.
