Nah. At that age he’s a full blown narc blaming everyone else for what he did or failed to do.
He’s sitting there calling OP crazy about details. And one needs a nap after working so hard at his 20 person office zoom listening.

What has he accomplished thus far? Did his parents do his homework for him in high school and college?
My FIL did my BILs math work for 8+ years. They hosueguested in our home and I asked what’s all these beautiful hand written math proofs in the kitchen. It was FIL doing BIL problem sets while in his own vacation!
Needless to say BiL still lives with them at age 40+ so even additional degrees didn’t help.
