We have a woman at work (svhool psychologist) who is now in her 30's with two children. She has said how much she wishes she'd never done a large flower tattoo that shows with any type of scooped neck top. She's going through a painful removal process.

The crowd over here has tattoos on their arms, legs, backs, necks. Yes gasp, it’s a different crowd. Loving it.

If a beautiful woman is kind enough to show me her boobs, I'm not complaining about tattoos. But that's just me.

Sorry OP, circumcised guys are my preference. Most guys that are circumcised have it done long before they feel the pain or identify with the pros/cons. For some parents who decide to circumcise their males it’s tradition, others it’s for a religious, or health matter. Knowing what I know, I much prefer a circumcised penis.

As for tattoo’s, not my jam but what someone does with their body as an adult is their business. I do have piercings, ears, nipples, and a vch, again my body, my choice. At least with these piercings, removal of jewelry and the pierced skin will close and no one would ever know. To each their own.

Because they enjoy it, it is their body, and they don't care about what you think. At least the tattoo the OP describes can be easily hidden.

I have an ugly open heart surgery scar and I would cover it with a tattoo if I were brave enough. Either a pretty tree, or a zipper 😀

I know a few women who have tattooed over their mastectomy scars. I think it's beautiful and empowering.
