It sounds awful, op. That is why a lot of people use agencies. There is a very rare chance the agency nanny would present with this problem, and even if she did, the agency would have to deal with it. Awful. I hate tobacco smell and it still counts as a second hand smoke smell.

Another DCUM who has a lot of time in her hands whining and complaining about the nanny's bag smelling smoke....NOT OF YOU BUSINESS! you can only control your kids not your employees as the nanny clearly doesn't smell or smoke.
