Try leaving Gaithersburg on the ICC at 3, 4, 5pm. If you're not going 75, you're getting run over and at least 2 days a week an MCP cruiser is among the scofflaws I need to duck and cover from. And I'm no slowpoke.

At quick glance this makes sense. 3 years ago traffic was much less as people were working from home more. Over the next years, traffic has increased.
