DCUM is like a dog with a bone.
Ummm, DCUM is famous for that. How many posts are there about ex-MCPS personnel, MM and JB? Why is there such a double standard? 🤔
I think “damn you, josh Starr” would beg to disagree!
1 example (JS) vs how many others? Crickets when it comes to this double standard. I see it being mentioned in many threads including the good ole boys card club who have been looking out for each other for YEARS vs the recent sorority sister "conspiracy" theory that has grown legs, wings, and so on.
DCUM has complained about every superintendent, even after they've left MCPS. I'm sure they will do the same about Taylor eventually.
I wasn't referring to superintendents only; I just referred to JS because a PP did. I am speaking about administrators across the board. Another post that highlights the double standard was the one that noted demoted Principals who got promoted again after misdeeds. Crickets after that post too. Just noticing the pattern. JS
Maybe these other administrators haven't done the equivalent of what McKnight or Beidelman did.
The level of having affairs with subordinates may not be the same or as egregious as the other case but it's not allowed. So there is a double standard.
Report those admins you're talking about to the OIG and Washington Post if you're concerned about this "double standard."
So MCPS shouldn't just quietly do the right thing? It has to be out there for all eyes to see to make everyone feel better? Ridiculous

Still crickets. Where's all the outrage? Proven again and again when the disparate treatment comes up that there is a double standard.
It's hard to get outraged by DCUM rumors. As opposed to when there's a blockbuster article in the Post or an OIG report.
Rumors??? It's right there on HCPSS website.
No outrage because they are the "right" color.
