It's stupid for his staff to repeat that phrasing knowing that things like this can be clipped and circulated, only reinforcing the image of Biden. as a doddering old fool. The general public is not privy to all of this inside baseball and context.

They're idiots. Why would you allow a detractor to control the framing of this issue in this manner?

Just stop. When a party has to keep explaining what it means by a slogan (looking at you Defund the Police), it is a failure.

We have all seen Declined Joe for years, the fact that democrats are finally opening their eyes to their own parties lies is a bit comical if not scary.

There is literally a record of the exact exchange that I mentioned. It’s obvious that they were responding to claims of not having “big boy” pressers by lining one up and then using the same language to refute the idea that they never allow Biden to have such a press conference. The only ones needing an explanation are stupid partisans.
