Why were a bunch of high level jobs in Adams' office, including his vacant job, posted? Did MCPS clear out the whole department's leadership?

Specifically, there are 4 Director positions posted -
Dept. of Transportation
Division of Maintenance and Operations
Division of Grounds and Athletic Infrastructure
Division of Planning, Design, and Construction.

They are also reallocating money that was supposed to be spent elsewhere for CIP items. So the shortfall will impact more than just Woodward.

The letter in the new CIP says they're requesting an "Increase of $28 million to construct Phase 3 of the building, including fit out of the auditorium and other associated spaces" at Woodward.
