We usually unwind with a glass of wine at the end of the day. And on the weekends, that might be 2-3 glasses.
I do think its a bit silly though when I see these posts where the teetotalers seem to think anyone who drinks is running around drunk all the time or sleeping off a hangover.
We also workout, go for bike rides, take hikes, on the weekends. And then, we open a bottle of red and sit on the deck in the evening.
The thinly veiled judgement and superiority is not a good look, guys
You seem kinda defensive.
6-10 drinks is more than I want, but doesnt' sound excessive.

I already have trouble sleeping and it makes it worse. But the main reason is that I have trouble enjoying it. As I’m drinking, I can’t stop thinking about how bad it is for my health and that I’m increasing my risk of cancer, etc. even with one drink. It takes the fun out of it!

Not really being defensive when literally the very next post said that teetotalling "beats alcoholism". Which is the epitomy of a false dichotomy.
I'm just always so confused by those that abstain that don't understand there is a HUGE middle ground where people drink responsibly

Maybe not, but it sure beats alcoholism.
