You can not sweat out germs. You can flush them out with fluids, so stick to the second part.
The people who insist on "working out" while ill are the same people who can't believe how long it's taken them to get over a cold. If you rest, you get better faster. If you continue to punish your body, you will not get better.
You can certainly still move your body, so some stretching, a walk, etc. But there's no reason to go running with covid (a lung illness) ever.
