Now 20yo and has only grown another inch. Kid #2 started levelling off at 11yo and at 14yo was only about 5'9". Grew another 3" over the next year and now he's 15yo and 6ft. I'm curious if he's on a slow-but-steady path or if like his brother he did all his growing early.

My DD also hit puberty late and is now 5'6" and also passed most of her friends. She was 20" at birth, so not really on the tall side.
IMO, it will depend on when your kid hits puberty.

Anonymous wrote:DS was 90th percentile in height until about age 8. Then started dropping until landed around 50th percentile by age 13 and is now age 21 and is just barely 5’10”. When he was young, everyone thought he’d be tall, but turns out he’s on the short side.
DD age 18 was always 50th percentile and is 5’5”.

DS1 - consistently 50th percentile growing up. Now is 5'8 and about 30th percentile.
DS1 - consistently 25th percentile growing up. Now 5'8 and about 30th percentile.
Not sure if they are still growing...
