LL Bean Wicked Good Moccasins

I am not sure if they will meet your requirement for “water resistant” bc I am having a hard time envisioning when your slippers might encounter significant water. But they have a rubber sole.

I've been wearing Skechers slip ons purchased from Costco as house shoes. They are hideous but I like the support.

Crocs since my knee replacement.
Use the heel strap at first.
I have indoor crocs and yard cross.
I don't leave the yard in them, lol.

I like Vionic slippers. I get the "flip flop" style slippers for summer months and the traditional style for winter.

Glerups in the winter. Archies flip flops in the summer.

I wear Vionic slippers as well. I wore my previous pair until they fell apart. I think they stopped making the ones I like - isn’t that always the case - but I found my current pair on eBay. I don’t know what I will do when these wear out.

I’ll add..I’m a 43 yr old runner w plantar fasciitis and the hoka slides are my only relief. Recommended by my foot/ankle surgeon and everyone I’ve recommended them to has also loved them.

DP, but fun! Just ordered some for myself and DH. Thanks for the rec!

+1 to Crocs. I have 2 pair of the lined ones. We're a no shoes house. I've worn custom orthotics for 30 years, have had 2 ankle surgeries on one side a foot surgery on the other. Back in the day, I could just wear slippers but now I need a bit more support. Crocs work great.

This is not easy on the eyes, but I keeps Crocs at the door. I am generally wearing running shoes to run errands as well as run, so when I come in I slip off the running shoes and wear the Crocs with my running socks. It gives me support inside and then I replace with a clean pair after showering, then another fresh pair in the morning. My feet sweat too much in slippers and they're hard to keep clean.

You should do the PT but don't skip the recovery slides. The two aren't mutually exclusive and there is no reason to suffer when you're hanging out around the house.
