OP, would you give us a typical day of what you eat?
Sure. Looking at it, I am not eating much in terms of calories, but probably not enough fruits and vegetables.
Breakfast: Greek yogurt and brewed coffee with milk
Lunch: Turkey and mustard on a tortilla, a few cucumber slices, seltzer
Snack: 100 calorie pack of cashews or almonds
Dinner: Usually a frozen meal of some sort, either Lean Cuisine or Trader Joes, more seltzer
Small quantity of dark chocolate

That makes sense. During the week, my work day is pretty busy, so eating is not particularly on my mind. Some weekend days I feel hungry, depending on how busy I am with my kids. I don't buy unhealthy snacks for myself and don't particularly like the ones DH and the kids have around, so am not really tempted.

I get it and on some level I don't either, but I really do not want to have to buy all new suits, and cannot fit in my current ones. They're nice and I have also paid a bunch to have them tailored to fit my former body.
Clothes fit people not the other way around.
You shouldn't be wearing 4 year old suits anyway.

Do you drink alcohol? If so, cut that out.

I exercise daily, avoid processed carbs and sugar (except for a small square of dark chocolate per day), and am not intaking more than 1300-1400 calories a day. After four months of doing this, my weight has stayed exactly the same. I really despise HITT workouts, and cannot see myself sticking to them on a regular basis, but I do weight training in addition to cardio. Is it possible that my weight is never going to get to where I want it? What is wrong with me?
